These services are provided at the applicable gazetted rates and invoices submitted directly to the relevant paying organisation.
Cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 24 hour notice. You will receive an sms 48 hours prior when your mobile number is listed with us. We do have a non-attendance fee.

We operate under a tiered pricing system.
Our musculoskeletal/adult team usually run 30min appointments, vestibular sessions for adults are 45min. Known complex presentations are booked for 60min. Our paediatric therapists will typically require a 60min appointment for initials. Follow up appointment timeframes can only be determined by the treating therapist.
